Everything You Need to Know
- Manage administrative tasks across departments, supporting team functions and resolving issues.
- Develop strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prioritise tasks effectively, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Engage in project management tasks, from planning to completion.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
The apprenticeship typically lasts up to 18 months followed by an End-Point Assessment (EPA). Learning will be delivered via a blended model of online group sessions, self guided study and online 1:1 with the tutor.
To successfully complete the apprenticeship, apprentices will:
- Deliver a Presentation with Questions
- Participate in a Professional Discussion underpinned by a Portfolio of Evidence
