If you tell us about any possible support requirements, you’ll be invited to meet with one of our dedicated Learner Engagement Officers (LEOs). They will work with you to create an individual learning plan that identifies any barriers to learning, how you learn best, and what currently helps you succeed. If you feel uncomfortable with your employer being informed about any learning difficulties, you can discuss this with your LEO, and we can use discretion when requested. We’ll also explore the possibility for applying any wider reasonable adjustments, such as implementation of coping strategies and tools to help you succeed in line with your peers. This personalised plan ensures your needs and opinions are captured so we can provide the right teaching methods and support throughout your learning journey.
