Additional Learning Support

To make sure every learner feels welcomed and supported, we take an inclusive approach from the very start.

Fire and Security Apprentice and Tutor

If you have previously experienced, or currently face, any barriers to learning – such as dyslexia, ADHD, or other challenges – we are here to support you.

We provide tailored support throughout your apprenticeship, including Functional Skills (where required), as well as the ongoing development of your English and maths within the context of your programme.

We can also explore reasonable adjustments, coping strategies, and tools designed to help you succeed and reach your full potential.

Our support is personalised to ensure the programme works for you and meets your individual needs. This may include guidance around mental health and wellbeing, alongside ongoing encouragement throughout your apprenticeship journey.

How It Works

Everyone learns differently. That’s why we take the time to understand you, tailor your experience, and provide the support you need throughout your apprenticeship journey.
